This is 12 hours archival research undertaken at the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland with a written report. We interpret the evidence specific to the client’s family in N.Ireland, to explain how they were affected by the social, economic, political and cultural circumstances of their own time. We write a full report based on civil, Church, land, and census records. We also look at wills, deeds, estate records, directories and other relevant secondary sources which may contain information on your ancestor.
We will also include a family surname history as well as a general social history of Ireland at the time. This history will allow the client to get a feel for what was happening in the Ireland of their ancestors during the years when they forced to leave to make a new life far from home.
