Lease Date: Sept 1762.
Lives Present at Lease: Lease Holder aged 26,
his son Thomas Graham aged 4 years, Christopher Morrow
aged 2 years.
Landlord Observation: William and Thomas Graham
went to
America in 1801 - Chris Morrow Grocer in
Saintfields
- William Graham died in
America in 1804.

Tenant Number 10: Robert Herron
Lease Date: 1788.
Lives Present at Lease: Andrew Graham and John Graham
aged 2 years, his son and Thomas Graham aged 9 years.
Landlord Observation: Andrew Graham a Taylor [tailor?]
at the Bridge End of Lisburne (Lisburn) - John Graham
lives with him.- Thomas Graham went to
America in 1801.

Tenant Number 3: William Murray Senior.
Lease Date: 1775.
Lives Present at Lease: John Murray aged 12 years,
Michael Murray aged 3 years, his sons.
1816 Landlord Observation: William Murray Senior lives
on the farm - John and Michael his sons went to
America
in 1800- John died in 1805, William died in January 1814.

Lease Date: 1759.
Lives Present at Lease: Hannah his wife and
Thomas his son.
1816 Landlord Observation: James Smith and Hannah
his wife are dead- Thomas Smith went to
America
7 years ago but his brother James produced a
letter from him dated in January 1802.

Tenant Number 12: Robert Warnock.
Lease Date: 1770.
Lives present at lease: Robert Warnock aged 26 years,
William John Dobbin aged 6 years and Robert McBurnie
aged 2 years.
1816 Landlord Observation: Robert Warnock lives on
the farm - William John Dobbin near Moira - Robert McBurnie
a soldier abroad.- William Dobbin went to
America in 1808
- has not been heard from for some years. (1811)

Tenant Number 13: James Black and Samuel Miles.
Lease Date: 1759.
Lives Present at Lease: Eleanor Beatty aged 20 years,
William Davison aged 16 years and James Murray aged 6 years.
1816 Landlord Observation: Eleanor Beatty lives on the
premises, William Davison, Mr Blacks Bleacher and
James Morrow who went to
America in May 1802,
but returned in the Spring of 1804. Eleanor Black died
in 1813.

Tenant Number 15: Susan and James McClurg.
Lease Date: 1775
Lives present at lease: James McClurg aged 20 years,
John Pettigrew aged 7 years and Patrick Niblock aged
9 years.
1816 Landlord Observation: James McClurg lives on the farm-
John Pettigrew in Ballymackbrenan, Patrick Niblock went to
America in 1800

Lease Date: 1775.
Lives present at Lease: John Miles aged 8 years and
Jane Corry aged 12 years.
1816 Landlord Observation: Christopher Carlisle lives
on the farm- John Miles went to
America in 1798 -
John Corry dead - Christopher Carlisle died February 1810.

Lease Date: 1772.
Lives present at Lease: John Reed [Reid?], John Anderson
aged 12 years and Janet Reed aged 4 years.
1816 Landlord Observation: John Anderson of Crossnacreevy
the only life in being- Janet Reed [Reid?] went to America
about 20 years ago another of the lives.

1816 Landlord Observation: Hugh Thompson the only life
in being went to
America many years ago-
A postmarked letter was produced
the 9th May 1806, from
Elizabeth Ferguson to John Rush of Cluntagh stating
that Hugh Thompson was living in
America the winter
of 1804. - renewed from 1809.

Tenant Number 19: Thomas Graham.
Lease Date: 1781.
Lives Present at Lease: William Graham aged 18 years,
Thomas Graham aged 16 years and Robert Graham aged 12
years.
1816 Landlord observation: William dead-
Thomas on the farm -  Robert went to
America in 1801.

Tenant Number 2: Widow Davison
Lease Date: 1769.
Lives present at lease: Thomas Davison, John Davison
aged 20 years, Samuel Davison aged 13 years.
1816 Landlord Observation: Thomas Davison went to
America
20 years ago - John Davison lives in Carrickmanon-
Samuel Davison lives in Glassdumming.
Thomas Davison the leasee died in 1810.

Tenant Number 9: Joseph Petticrew.
Lease Date: 1769.
Lives present at lease: Joseph Petticrew, Matthew Petticrew
aged 18 years and Joseph Petticrew aged 10 years.
1816 Landlord Observation: Joseph Petticrew went to
America some years before 1816. Matthew lives in
Carrickneveagh, Joseph the son went to
America some years
ago - Joseph the father died in May 1806 - Joseph the son
went to
America in 1812.

Lives present at lease: John Todd, Alexander Magee aged
10 years and Neal Gill aged 16 years.

William Mussenden Esquire - S. Dubourdieu a Lieutenant in
the Royual Artillery- the latter was killed before
St Sebastian.

John Johnston aged 30 years, Samuel Johnston aged 17 years
and Moses Johnston aged 7 years.

John Johnston lives in

Joseph Weir eldest son of the leasee, aged 24 years,
William Weir his third son aged 13 years and Alice
Weir, his daughter aged 14 years.

Alice went to America - Joseph Weir died in Sept 1815.

Lease Date: 1783.
Lives present at lease: Abraham Weir, eldest son of leasee,
aged 21 years, John Weir, his third son aged 15 years, and
Andrew fifth son of leasee aged 8 years.
Landlord observation:
Abraham and Andrew Weir live on the farm,
John Weir went to
America in 1801.

Lives present at lease:
John Johnston, Moses his son aged 3 years, Samuel Johnston
aged 13 years.

Live present at lease: Arthur Bennett and Jane his wife,
William Shaw, aged 8 years.
Landlord observation:
Arthur and Jane died some years ago - William Shaw went to
America in 1797 - a letter (postmarked) was produced from him
dated
12th January 1802.

Tenant Number 6: David Shaw.
Lease Date: Sept 1766.
Lives present at lease:
David Shaw, David Shaw, his son aged 18 years and William
Shaw his son, aged 8 years.
Landlord observation:
David Shaw the father dead - David the son lives on the farm-
William Shaw went to
America 8 years ago but has been often
heard from - David Shaw died
4th September 1813.

Tenant Number 10: Robert Edgar.
Lease Date: Sept 1766.
Lives present at lease:
David Brown, Hannah Brown his daughter aged 1 year
and Andrew Reilly aged 10 years.
Landlord observation:
David Brown and Hannah Brown his daughter went to
America
in 1797, Andrew Reilly lives at Stranraer in
Scotland.

Tenant Number 13: William Herron.
Lease Date: Sept 1766.
Lives present at Lease:
Eleanor Dodds, Francis Dodds aged 14 years and James
Dodds aged 8 years, two  sons of Eleanor Dodds.
Landlord observation: James Dodds the only life went to
America seven or eight years ago, but Herron says he has
a letter from him every year regularly and sometimes twice.
He produced a letter (postmark'd) dated
9th January 1802
from him.  A letter from Dodds was produced dated
1st
January 1805
.

Tenant Number 12: Thomas McKee.
Lease Date: Sept 1759.
Lives present at lease:
James McKee, Hugh his brother aged 25 years, and John
another brother aged 10 years.
Landlord observation:
James McKee dead, Hugh McKee lives in Carrickneveagh,
John McKee went to
America about 30 years ago and
has not been heard of for 12 or 14 years.

Lisnabreeny Estate

Tenant Number 7: Charles Wilson
Lease Date: 1732.
Lives present at lease:
John Mahoney aged 12 years, James [-------?] aged 23
years, and James McMahon aged 2 years.
Landlord observation:
James McMahon the only life went to
America about
4 years ago but was heard from in 1801.
He was heard from in May 1805 by one Allen of Gilnahirk,
who knows him and an affidavid of his
existence was produced by Charles Willson [
Wilson?] in
Oct 1806.

Tenant Number 33: John Ferguson.
Lease Date: March 1789.
Lives present at lease:
John Ferguson, William McConnell, aged 8 years and
John McClements.
Landlord observation:
John Ferguson went to
America in 1795,
William McConnell of Lisnabreeny and John McClements.
